Venø Harbour was established by the fishermen and farmers more than 100 years ago. Today it functions as a pleasant yachting harbour  with several barbeque facilities and seating areas. This is also where Denmark’s oldest, still functioning car ferry, Venøsund, docks and where there is a “room” with the history of the ferry service over the years. The ferry from 1931 sails in connection with pre-booked tours and as a substitute for the present ferry.
